So many old sails end up in landfill, so I have rescued a few and used them as the base for these pennants.
Each one is completely unique, with wear, tear and age. Some you can see the worn out sail numbers on, some the clear window from a racing dinghy.
They now have a new life full of salty days past.
Each pennant is designed, hand cut, placed, stiched and finished by myself making each one unique. I use a 7oz duck canvas for the lettering which is fully stitched so will stand the test of time. The eyelets are rust proof so will not stain the pennant if they get wet. My label is made from cork.
They can be enjoyed at home hung on the wall, flown in the great outdoors or used as a photography prop. Measurements are 28 inches by 9 inches. If hung in direct sunlight the pennant may fade over time.
