The idea for making pennants first came to me while touring across North America. At countless venues, I kept noticing them—vintage pennants, proudly framed on the walls, worn with time but full of character. There was something quietly powerful about them—tokens of place, memory, and belonging. Years later, back home, that image stayed with me. I made a few pennants as gifts for friends—simple, thoughtful pieces. Then came requests, and then more. What began as a small creative gesture slowly unfolded into something bigger. And here we are.
Each pennant is designed, hand cut, placed, stiched and finished by myself making each one unique. I use a 7oz duck canvas for the base of the pennant and the lettering. The lettering is fully stitched so will stand the test of time. The eyelets are rust proof so will not stain the pennant if they get wet. My label is made from cork.
They can be enjoyed at home hung on the wall, flown in the great outdoors or used as a photography prop. Measurements are 28 inches by 9 inches. If hung in direct sunlight the pennant may fade over time.
